Reiki is a form of hands on healing with its origins dating back many thousands of years.

Reiki is a holistic therapy because it works on our body, mind, emotions and spirit by stimulating our own natural healing abilities. The blocked physical, mental and emotional elements that lead to illness are cleared.

A Reiki treatment helps the body’s natural ability to heal itself. A decrease or blockage of life energy causes all dis-ease. Reiki removes these blocks and restores energy balance. This allows the body to heal. Reiki will blend with any other healing modality as it assists the healing process. It does not interfere or conflict with traditional medical treatment of other health care, but rather enhances and facilitates the benefits and results. Thus, Reiki can help in any disorder. It speeds the healing process and provides a source of restoring energy.

When you feel healthy and full of life and enthusiasm, the flow of Ki in your body is high. But when you’re feeling low and run-down because you are tired, unhappy, or depressed, you are more prone to illness and dis-ease.

Regular contact with Reiki will bring all of your aspects into balance, and helps prevent future disease and illness.

REIKI - THE PATH OF HEALING

Reiki is a generic word in Japan. It is used to describe any type of healing work based on Universal Life Force Energy. It is not exclusive to the healing system based on Mikao Usui’s method. Reiki is non-religious and can be accepted by anyone of any faith or creed. Normally it is applied by the hands but it can be transmitted by feet, arms, elbows and forhead as required, making it perfectly accessible for people with physical disabilities.

There are no limits to the abilities and power of Reiki in treating and balancing plants, animals and Mother Earth as well as her children. Problems have been produces by people misusing power and energy, and it’s now up to us to rectify these problems by realising that change is necessary to heal all wounds.

There is a great change happening on this planet, and in order to keep up with it we have to raise our vibration and be consciously aware. It is our birthright to be able to heal, and only by healing ourselves will we be able to live on Earth in these great times of change. Earth has been abused and trashed for long enough. People throughout the ages have taken from Her, depleted her and forgotten to give back. People visit power spots throughout the world and take energy from Her, but forget to give thanks, and fail to realise that She needs the healing energy as well.

Whenever you can reconnect with nature and send love and healing to our Earth Mother. Take time to admire the beauty of nature. Lay your hands on Earth, the plants and the trees. Send healing and love, it will strengthen your bond with Her, and reconnects you to the true essence of Being.
